Unless you are 100% sure that both flights will arrive on the same time, it is recommended that for each flight has their own vehicle because flight times are unpredictable especially at busy airports like O’Hare or Midway, one flight may arrive earlier than the other and then you would have to wait for them which phone will result into switching the trip into an hourly job.

For Sedans and SUVs, 2-HOUR Cancellation policy is in effect. We schedule rides a day before ( Depending on when you booked) and assign one of our drivers to them, so your ride is booked for that chauffeur on that day and that hour and he or she is not allowed to do any other rides to Ensure ON-TIME SERVICE. If you are arriving to Chicago O’HARE- MIDWAY Airport or PRIVATE AIRPORTS IN NEIGHBOURING COUNTIES OR OUT OF STATE AIRPORTS, Please make sure to check your flight as will we, if your flight Is delayed and or cancelled we understand and we will reschedule you. Stretch, Sprinter Vans and Buses Have a 3 day Cancellation. Traffic and Weather are the two common factors that delay or even cancel your plans and we understand, however if you do not cancel your ride, we will charge you in full, because the driver has been assigned and other work was passed to do your trip. - Grace periods: 60 mins (domestic), 90 mins (international)
- Early flights: Call dispatch for earlier pick-up
- Meet & Greet: Available upon request
- Designated pickup points provided by dispatch
- Notify dispatch of delays or cancellations to avoid charges
- 35-minute grace period for lost luggage
- Late or changed pickup locations may incur charges

We are a pet friendly car service, we will be more than happy to transport your pets. A cleaning fee will be included. We recommend picking SUVs for your pet transportation. You must make it clear that you are bringing a pet on board, to ensure we pick the appropriate driver that is not allergic or afraid of your pet. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your ride.
Note: In the event of a pet soiling itself, a cleaning fee will be added to the fair. Please read our “Terms of Service” page regarding our pet policy.
