Can I call to book?

Can I book for others?
The system is to be used by anyone requiring our service. If you wish to book for someone else, you may add in the “Note section” instructions on who we are picking up. Please refer to our “Terms of Service” page for additional details on this section.
Can I book with buffer time for pickups from the airports?
We highly recommend that you book your flight’s arrival so we can ensure on time service. We understand that delays and weather play a factor in your arrival time and we will not make you feel guilty of it. Please refer to our “Terms of Service” page for additional details on this section.
Can I request a certain vehicle or chauffeur?
You absolutely can, if you feel comfortable with any of our drivers we will note it down in your profile to ensure you get the same driver. be advised we cannot always ensure the same chauffeur as he or she may have a trip at the date/time of your request. Can I book a trip for people arriving on different flights?

Unless you are 100% sure that both flights will arrive on the same time, it is recommended that for each flight has their own vehicle because flight times are unpredictable especially at busy airports like O’Hare or Midway, one flight may arrive earlier than the other and then you would have to wait for them which phone will result into switching the trip into an hourly job.

Do you do inside pick ups?

Why we were charged an airport fee?

Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is calculated into the rate automatically, our drivers go above and beyond to meet your expectations and then some, if you feel the chauffeur has done and outstanding job you are more then welcome to offer an additional tip. Do you charge tolls?
Yes, Depending on your destination and the route that is the quickest, we will calculate the tolls based on that Please refer to our “Terms of Service” page for additional details on this section.
When do I get charged?
We highly recommend reading our terms and agreements and cancellation policy, new clients are charged after our cancellation policy is in effect, for repeated clients, they are charged differently or even billed monthly. Do you have car seats?
Absolutely, We provide front and rear facing car seats and booster seats at your request. Please refer to our “Terms of Service” page for additional details on this section.
Can we smoke and drink alcohol?
Smoking is not allowed, but alcohol consumption is allowed in specific Vehicles like limos, sprinters or party buses. We send our cars and drivers to you in the best condition. So please drink responsibly. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee. Please refer to our “Terms of Service” page for additional details on this section.
What is your cancellation policy?

For Sedans and SUVs, 2-HOUR Cancellation policy is in effect. We schedule rides a day before ( Depending on when you booked) and assign one of our drivers to them, so your ride is booked for that chauffeur on that day and that hour and he or she is not allowed to do any other rides to Ensure ON-TIME SERVICE. If you are arriving to Chicago O’HARE- MIDWAY Airport or PRIVATE AIRPORTS IN NEIGHBOURING COUNTIES OR OUT OF STATE AIRPORTS, Please make sure to check your flight as will we, if your flight Is delayed and or cancelled we understand and we will reschedule you. Stretch, Sprinter Vans and Buses Have a 3 day Cancellation. Traffic and Weather are the two common factors that delay or even cancel your plans and we understand, however if you do not cancel your ride, we will charge you in full, because the driver has been assigned and other work was passed to do your trip. Can I request additional stops during my trip?
You most definitely can, Additional stops have a small additional fee, if your stop is longer Than usual, or depending on the distance of your stop if it’s out of the way, then an HOURLY RATE will take effect. Please refer to our “Terms of Service” page for additional details on this section.
When will you release my chauffeur from the airport?
Pick up and drop off procedures:
  • Flight monitoring by dispatch
  • Grace periods: 60 mins (domestic), 90 mins (international)
  • Early flights: Call dispatch for earlier pick-up
  • Meet & Greet: Available upon request
  • Designated pickup points provided by dispatch
  • Notify dispatch of delays or cancellations to avoid charges
  • 35-minute grace period for lost luggage
  • Late or changed pickup locations may incur charges

What is your Pet Policy?

We are a pet friendly car service, we will be more than happy to transport your pets. A cleaning fee will be included. We recommend picking SUVs for your pet transportation. You must make it clear that you are bringing a pet on board, to ensure we pick the appropriate driver that is not allergic or afraid of your pet. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your ride.

Note: In the event of a pet soiling itself, a cleaning fee will be added to the fair. Please read our “Terms of Service” page regarding our pet policy.

Can I customize my trip with specific music or amenities?
You absolutely can, in the note section when booking your ride and choosing the vehicle, please include how you would like the Ambiance of your vehicle, whether you want a quiet ride or an entertaining driver, your choice of water or any other beverage and the selection of music that you would prefer. We understand after a long flight you want to get in a car and relax and unwind and we will certainly Offer that experience your looking for. Is there a place that's too far for you?
As long as your trip starts in Chicago or other suburbs or even cities of illinois and ends in them, we will go wherever you book and want us to take you to. Please refer to our “Terms of Service” page for additional details on this section.
How do I contact customer support in case of an issue?
If there are any issues in your booking process or need any help in any way shape or form, we are available 24/7. We recommend shooting us a TEXT as we answer almost immediately. Can I change my booking?
Yes, things happen and you need to change and we will gladly accommodate, be sure to do so immediately to ensure our dispatch and drivers need to make changes with your ride so it doesn’t interfere with others. Please refer to our “Terms of Service” page for additional details on this section.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight statuses to ensure your driver is informed of any delays. If your flight is late, we will adjust your pickup time accordingly. Your convenience is our priority. Please refer to our “Terms of Service” page for additional details on this section.
Can I book a trip for people arriving on different flights?
Every flight must have its own vehicle, unless you are 99% sure that those flights are set to arrive at the time they say they do (Which in most cases with big busy airports like OHARE OR MIDWAY, that’s usually in the case) Failure to do so, will result in switching to hourly rate.
